Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all Nutra Naturals tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
